Blick Industries’ supports were developed to support narrow, difficult to hold regions of workpieces such as front edges on bowl hole cut outs. Modular construction allows for easy replacement of friction pads and seals as well as wornout or damaged parts. 

More Surface Area = More Holding Force

With any vacuum holding device, the only way to increase holding force is to increase the effective surface area in contact with vacuum. Our wide range of shapes and sizes of suction cups allows maximum surface area resulting in maximum holding force.

**Due to the small surface area of narrow supports they do not provide large holding forces. For this reason, supports should always be used in conjunction with larger suction cups. They are meant to provide vertical support and vibration resistance when there is no room for a conventional suction cup.
