QuickSand is for companies engaged in sandblast production of designs in stone, wood, glass, and other solid surface materials. Allen Datagraph has applied its innovative motion control technologies to efficiently automate the sandblast process. The QuickSand systems includes the automated sandblast “curtain” and Allen’s exclusive Blast Ready software with easy to use job set-up templates.

QuickSand optimizes the blast direction to only the intended areas on the substrate resulting in increased productivity saving up to 50% in costs. It automatically directs the nozzle through the desired image path and controls the depth of impression through management of the blast duration time, avoiding “stencil burn”. Its circular nozzle rotation process is adjustable allowing the creation of the desired edge/line definition.

This innovative product delivers quality control, increased productivity and consistency.
