I added an item to the cart, and I’m still on the same page. Where is it?
Our shopping cart allows customers to continuously add to the cart while shopping without having to click the back button numerous times. Simply click the view cart link on the left hand side or on top of the page.
I placed an order online, how do I find out if it’s shipped?
- Sign into your account
- Click My Account on the left hand side
- Select Orders
- Click on the order number to see any tracking numbers available
It says the status is pending, what does that mean? Do you have my order?
Pending means we’ve received your order and is pending our webmaster to process the order. Yes, we have your order and it has been placed with us. Our webmaster processes all orders and notifies customers of back orders, shipping quotes and fulfills tracking numbers.
I have an account with you and I’m on terms. Can I order online?
Yes you can! Please contact us at 800-328-7094 and we’ll enable your online account to pay by terms. After we enable it, you’ll see in the checkout page under payments, Other – Pay by Terms. Have your customer number and a invoice ready to confirm your account.
HEY! I tried to pay with my credit card and it says there’s an error!
Often this happens because the billing address doesn’t match. Please make sure that you enter the billing address listed on your credit card statement. Also make sure you enter the CVV code , the 3 digit code on the back of your card (or 4 digit code on AMEX). If you continue to have issues, please contact us at 800-328-7094 and ask for the webmaster.
I’m from Canada, can I order from your website?
Yes you can, select Paypal for your payment option. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. Select, I don’t have a Paypal account and enter your payment information.
I paid with Paypal, did you receive my order?
Yes we have received your order. We manually check and verify all Paypal orders.
